The proposals for this project were to convert the existing loft and extend across the existing flat roof structure.

The client wanted a new large master bedroom and for this to include ensuite and dresser area as well as trying to keep as much storage as possible.

We have come up with a sensitive loft conversion from the street view, with a contemporary dormer window to the rear.

This building was important to explore in section but also to analyse the existing context to get successful planning permission.
