Produce working drawings for the 2 storey extension to include Living Room, Utility, Garage, Master Bedroom with Ensuite and Dressing Areas.

This extension was submitted for planning by the owner, renowned architectural historian Timothy Brittain Catlin. We were approached to do the technical drawings for the property.

The existing house had been designed beautifully and it was our intention to ensure that this beauty was retained within our technical drawings, ensuring even the smallest details had the same intent as the larger scale drawings.
​
Many sections of this building are required to help understand the relationship between ground floor and first floor. This has helped us explore opportunities for double height spaces and accentuate the grand stair case.
